Cinnamon is a valuable medicinal herb used in both Western and Eastern medicine. Oriental medicine considers cinnamon to be one of four precious medicinal herbs: ginseng, velvet, cinnamon, and tofu. 2.2. Cinnamon and red bean porridge: 10g cinnamon powder, 30g small red beans, 60 - 80g plain rice, cook porridge. Suitable for men with prostate fibroids. Eat once a day, and use for 10 days.

2.3. Cinnamon and porridge: 30g of porridge, 10g of cinnamon, 50 - 80g of plain rice. Take decoction of medicinal herbs, cook with rice to make porridge, and feed in the morning and evening when hungry. Good for people with hypothyroidism.
