6 REMEDIES FROM CINNAMON

Cinnamon is a valuable medicinal herb used in both Western and Eastern medicine. Oriental medicine considers cinnamon to be one of four precious medicinal herbs: ginseng, velvet, cinnamon, and tofu. According to traditional medicine, cinnamon has a slightly sweet and spicy taste, warm properties, and penetrates the liver and kidney meridians. The important medicinal herbs from cinnamon are cinnamon, cinnamon and cinnamon.

2.1. Cinnamon ground porridge: 3g ground cinnamon (fine powder), 10g ground mulberry, 60 - 80g plain rice. Rice, mulberry, and cinnamon are cooked into thin porridge. Add a little chives and a little salt when the porridge is added. Good for people with diabetes, diuresis, and prostate fibroids.

2.2. Cinnamon and red bean porridge: 10g cinnamon powder, 30g small red beans, 60 - 80g plain rice, cook porridge. Suitable for men with prostate fibroids. Eat once a day, and use for 10 days.

2.3. Cinnamon and porridge: 30g of porridge, 10g of cinnamon, 50 - 80g of plain rice. Take decoction of medicinal herbs, cook with rice to make porridge, and feed in the morning and evening when hungry. Good for people with hypothyroidism.

2.4. Cinnamon and chive porridge: 2g of cinnamon (crushed), 10g of chives, 60g of plain rice to cook porridge. When eating, add sugar. Cook once a day, divided into breakfast and dinner. Eat while the porridge is still warm. The usage period is 5 - 7 days. Used for women who have stopped menstruating due to rheumatism, painful menstrual periods, and physical weakness.

2.5. Braised beef with liquorice and cinnamon: 500g beef, 10g licorice, 12g cinnamon, 1 cardamom. Cut beef into thin slices and put in a pot of boiling water, add salt, anise spices, ginger slices and cinnamon, a little sugar and a little salad oil, and add beef broth. Boil over low heat for 4-6 hours until the water dries up. Remove from heat, remove residue, and eat at meals. Good for people with weakness and malnutrition-causing oedema.

2.6. Steamed chicken liver with cinnamon: 1 piece of chicken liver, sliced, 1g of cinnamon powder (sprinkle mixed into the chicken liver), steam until cooked, and add a little seasoning sauce. Good for children with diuresis and enuresis.


Warning: Do not use for people with yin deficiency and fire, people with lesions in the throat, bleeding, or pregnant women. Do not use cinnamon with red jelly and onions.
